I've relaunched my website

I relaunched my website on Friday, 18 September 2026. I handle website development and AI-assisted process improvement, from the first consultation to implementation and ongoing support. This page covers the renewed site and what I focused on while building it.
About this website
For a new business website, a landing page or a redesign, I take care of everything from the first planning conversation to design, development and launch. See Website Design & Development.
I help you use AI to organise information and draft replies, with advice on choosing tools and setting up workflows. Starting from the question of what AI could even do for you is perfectly fine. Details are on AI for Everyday Work.
If you already have a website, I offer a free review that looks at Google search, AI search and usability. You can request it on SEO / LLMO & Website Usability.
For businesses entering the Japanese market, there is a separate page on Japan Market Entry.
What I focused on
Making clear who I am at first glance
The first thing I decided was that anyone opening the site should immediately see who runs it, and what this person does and can do. That is why my own photo and name are up front. As a freelancer, clients need to know who they would actually be working with. As AI grows more powerful, I feel that individual people will matter more than a company logo.

Combining digital and creative
The design is built on combining two things: digital and creative. Lines modelled on circuit-board traces give the site its digital feel. Circuit traces alone would look too rigid, though, so I mixed in spheres and wave-like curves elsewhere on the site for a softer, more creative feel.
On the top page, particles of 0 and 1, the building blocks of a computer, gather and turn into letters and shapes. The globe, connected by points of light, represents a web of a world built out of 0s and 1s.
Creating something out of nothing is what my work is about.

Some of this is hard to put into words, and I will keep refining the details after launch.
Three languages: Japanese, English and German
The site is available in Japanese, English and German, so that clients in Germany and across Europe can read it just as easily as clients in Japan. Each version is written for its own readers rather than translated word for word.
Built together with AI
This site was built with the help of AI.
The ideas, what to express and how to present it, and the final decisions are mine. I hand my ideas to AI, which turns them into something concrete, and I then refine what comes out further. I am the one who decides this is it. Since early 2026, I have built and scrapped, built and scrapped again, over and over.
Take this site itself as one example of how I use AI in my own work.
What comes next
I will keep updating the site, and I will add articles on website development, using AI at work, and SEO and AI search. Do come back and have a look.
