Ich verarbeite personenbezogene Daten nur, soweit dies für die Bereitstellung dieser Website und meiner Leistungen erforderlich ist. Rechtsgrundlagen sind Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertrag bzw. Hosting und Server-Logfiles

Diese Website wird bei einem Hosting-Anbieter in Japan gehostet. Beim Aufruf der Website verarbeitet der Hoster automatisch Server-Logfiles (IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Seite, Browsertyp, Betriebssystem, Referrer-URL). Die Verarbeitung erfolgt auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (sicherer und effizienter Betrieb der Website). Die Logfiles werden gespeichert, solange sie für den sicheren und stabilen Betrieb der Website benötigt werden; eine feste Löschfrist ist nicht festgelegt. Ich werte die Logfiles regelmäßig in zusammengefasster Form aus (zum Beispiel Zahl der Aufrufe je Seite, Herkunft der Zugriffe, Fehlermeldungen, Zugriffe von Suchmaschinen und KI-Diensten), um die Website zu verbessern; dabei speichere ich keine IP-Adressen und keine Daten einzelner Personen, sondern nur Summen. Die Europäische Kommission hat für Japan einen Angemessenheitsbeschluss getroffen, sodass eine Datenübermittlung dorthin grundsätzlich ohne zusätzliche Garantien möglich ist.

Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by a hosting provider in Japan. When you visit the site, the host automatically processes server log files (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type, operating system, referrer URL). Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure and efficient operation of the website). Log files are kept for as long as they are needed for the secure and stable operation of the website; no fixed deletion period has been set. I regularly evaluate the log files in aggregated form (for example, the number of visits per page, where visits come from, error messages, and visits by search engines and AI services) in order to improve the website; in doing so I store no IP addresses and no data about individual persons, only totals. The European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision for Japan, so data can generally be transferred there without additional safeguards.

Kontaktformular und E-Mail-Kontakt

Wenn Sie mir über das Kontaktformular oder per E-Mail eine Anfrage senden, verarbeite ich die von Ihnen angegebenen Daten zur Bearbeitung der Anfrage: Name, E-Mail-Adresse und Ihre Nachricht sowie, soweit Sie diese Angaben machen, das Thema der Anfrage, Unternehmen, Website-Adresse, Budget, Zeitrahmen, gewünschte Antwortsprache und wie Sie auf mich aufmerksam geworden sind. Die Formulardaten werden verschlüsselt (HTTPS) an meinen Server übertragen und von dort per E-Mail an mein Postfach zugestellt; ein externer Formulardienst wird nicht eingesetzt. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertragsanbahnung) bzw. Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Nach dem Versand wird die Anfrage für bis zu 90 Tage in einer Datei auf meinem Server außerhalb des öffentlich erreichbaren Bereichs zwischengespeichert, damit ich sie in mein internes Anfragenverzeichnis übernehmen kann; ältere Einträge werden dort automatisch entfernt. In diesem Verzeichnis bewahre ich Anfragen nach Jahren geordnet auf, um sie zu bearbeiten, Geschäftskontakte nachzuverfolgen und intern auszuwerten (zum Beispiel, wie viele Anfragen über welchen Weg eingehen). Eine feste Löschfrist ist dafür nicht festgelegt; Sie können jederzeit die Löschung verlangen (siehe „Ihre Rechte“). Gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflichten bleiben unberührt.

Contact form and email contact

If you send me an inquiry via the contact form or by email, I process the data you provide in order to handle the inquiry: your name, email address and message and, where you provide them, the topic of your inquiry, company, website address, budget, timeline, preferred reply language and how you found me. Form data is transmitted to my server over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and delivered from there to my mailbox by email; no external form service is used. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. After sending, the inquiry is also kept for up to 90 days in a file on my server outside the publicly accessible area so that I can transfer it to my internal inquiry records; older entries are removed from that file automatically. In those records I keep inquiries sorted by year in order to handle them, follow up on business contacts and evaluate them internally (for example, how many inquiries arrive through which channel). No fixed deletion period is set for these records; you can request erasure at any time (see "Your rights"). Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.

Spam-Schutz für das Kontaktformular (Cloudflare Turnstile)

Zum Schutz des Kontaktformulars vor automatisierten Eingaben nutze ich Cloudflare Turnstile, einen Dienst der Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Turnstile prüft beim Aufruf der Kontaktseite, ob die Eingabe von einem Menschen stammt, und verarbeitet dafür Ihre IP-Adresse, technische Merkmale von Browser und Verbindung (User-Agent, TLS-Fingerprint) sowie die Kennung dieser Website. Cloudflare gibt an, aus diesen Daten keine Personen direkt identifizieren zu können. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (Schutz vor Spam und Missbrauch); der Zugriff auf Ihr Endgerät ist für die Bereitstellung des Kontaktformulars erforderlich (§ 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG). Mit Cloudflare besteht ein Vertrag über Auftragsverarbeitung (Art. 28 DSGVO). Eine Übermittlung in die USA ist möglich; Cloudflare ist nach dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert. Turnstile wird nur auf der Kontaktseite geladen.

Spam protection for the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile)

To protect the contact form against automated submissions, I use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open the contact page, Turnstile checks whether the input comes from a person and processes your IP address, technical characteristics of your browser and connection (user agent, TLS fingerprint) and the identifier of this website. Cloudflare states that it cannot directly identify individuals from this data. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (protection against spam and abuse); access to your device is necessary to provide the contact form (Section 25(2) no. 2 of the German TDDDG). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Cloudflare. Data may be transferred to the USA; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Turnstile is loaded on the contact page only.

Cookies

Diese Website verwendet technisch notwendige Cookies bzw. lokale Speicherung, zum Beispiel um Ihre Cookie-Einwilligung zu speichern. Der Zugriff auf diese Informationen erfolgt nur, soweit dies unbedingt erforderlich ist (§ 25 Abs. 2 TDDDG).
